I found this project by Godrej Properties has; 1 BHK ( 500 sq.ft.), 2 BHK (750 sqft.), & 3 BHK (975 sqft.) unit configurations. The sales team informed us that the Godrej Hill Retreat Phase 2 project is a RERA- registered one and the RERA ID is P52100049435. The price of apartments ranges from Rs. 53 Lacs - Rs. 1.04 Crores. I have booked an apartment in this project.

The Hinjewadi IT park is quite well connected to Godrej Hill Retreat Phase 2 Pune. Godrej offered reasonable prelaunch discounts for early reservations. This is one of the earliest resort-themed amenity projects in Pune, along with the 100-meter-high Skywalk. This township will have high streets with a good number of shops and a school on its campus. The cherry on top will be the clubhouse and yacht club.

I wanted to buy an apartment in the
