The pricing for the Godrej Forest Grove apartments is quite reasonable. Apartments are priced between Rs. 58.51 Lakh to Rs. 77.04 Lakh. The costs are really reasonable, economical, and practical when taking into account the location, services, and facilities offered. I was supremely impressed with the project’s location which ultimately intrigued me to get an apartment here.
Connectivity to local shopping malls like Central Mall, Xion Mall, Premier Plaza Mall, and Westend Mall is simple from Forest Grove. Within a 5 km radius of Forest Grove are multispecialty hospitals such as Varad Hospital & Critical Care, Dharaskar ENT & Paediatric Hospital, Life Care Hospital, and Pawana Hospital. My son goes to Orchid International School, which is only 10 km from the project.

I visited the Godrej Forest Grove project a few months back. The project is RERA registered and the RERA ID is P52100023129. I am a mother of 2, and my kids are more into sports and swimming. Hence, when we were thinking of booking an apartment, my sole concern was to opt for a project that would provide us with such amenities. By God’s grace, we discovered this project. There is the facility of an outdoor tennis court. Within the clubhouse of Forest Grove, a sizable, ornamental swimming pool with a temperature control capability is planned for its residents. The kid's pool area is carefully designed and furnished with water slides for kids so that Forest Grove residents can enjoy lovely and secure experiences. A Bank and an ATM are available on the grounds of the Forest Grove residential complex. For the benefit of the citizens of Forest Grove, a well-equipped indoor gym with a professional staff of fitness instructors is being developed. Hence, as of now, I am satisfied with this project. Hoping for a pleasant stay.

Hey,
I booked an apartment in this Godrej Forest Grove project. I doubt my decision to purchase an apartment here. It's an under-construction property and doesn't look like it will be finished in time. There is no approach road leading to the construction site, and they do not have a sample flat to display. The CRM team also doesn’t respond to calls and emails. I really hope to get my apartment in a hassle-free manner. However, I am not sure whether this is possible considering the present response that I am receiving from the Godrej group. I hope this Godrej Forest Grove review would help future potential buyers to safeguard themselves.
