When I visited Gagan Micasaa before moving here, I used to think that it would be a wonderful flat to live in. The society was quite large, and I adored how well-ventilated it was. The layout was also excellent, and the terrace is so spacious that I had planned to turn it into a sizable little garden for ourselves.
All of this convinced me to purchase a flat here, but the developer gave me possession of the building five years after the agreed-upon possession date. He then shut off the water supply. There isn't water very often. Just a tip: think twice before investing in a flat in Gagan Micasaa.

A very close friend of mine lives in a flat in Gagan Micasaa. I have visited them quite a number of times and even I asked him for his Gagan Micasaa review because I really liked their apartment and wanted to book a flat for my family there. He told me that all of the rooms are quite spacious and with a beautiful view both inside and out. My friend’s wife also told me that the neighbours are also generally pleasant. I have seen for myself that their kitchen is spacious, and the restrooms are cosy. They usually host numerous friends and have a party in the large hall where they keep their furniture and other belongings. And not just that, I love how tight their entrance security is. At the gate, you must write your name and the name and flat number of the person you are visiting in the visitors' book.
I am definitely going to buy a flat here in Gagan Micasaa.
