Currently, I am working in NIMHANS hospital, hence, it was of utmost importance to me to buy an apartment near my workplace. Thank God, I found the Esteem Splendor 2 project which is only 12 mins from NIMHANS. Also, it is just 8 mins from Koramangala and 5 to 8 mins from Mini Mart and Big Bazar for all your household needs. It is because of all these locational advantages that I booked an apartment here.

A few months back when I visited this project, I discovered that Esteem Splendor 2 is a ready-to-move residential project launched by Esteem Group, located in Adugodi, Bengaluru. The project is offering 2, and 3 BHK apartments for sale. The unit size ranges from 1029 sq ft. - 1340 sqft. I was told by the sales team that the starting price of the apartments in this project ranges from Rs. 1.6 Crores - Rs. 2.15 Crores. The price according to me was quite high.

My parents booked an apartment in this Esteem Splendor 2 project. The project is a well-planned one, with all the possible benefits provided to the residents. The project is well-secured because of its 24/7 security and fire safety measures. Also, each apartment in this project is designed in accordance with Vastu principles, and each apartment is connected to a gas pipeline. It also consists of an indoor games area, a children's play area, and a gym. Overall, I am satisfied with this project.
