Dosti Greater Thane reviews. Through multiple visits to the project site, I can understand that;
The location is decent enough
The value of the property is great because they have used advanced technology in construction. Their construction work is fastly progressing and I think the possession will be delivered by June 2028, as promised.
It has almost all of the required amenities, so I think the lifestyle will be amazing here.
Many temples, as well as banks, are close to the Dosti Kalher project location
One of the best things about the project and its builders is that they have kept us updated about the progress of our flats by sending regular photos and drone videos.
Also, the project is RERA registered and Dosti Greater Thane RERA number is P51700024923.

During my recent visit to Dosti Greater Thane, I realised that the project is quite close to the Thane station. Also, many malls, temples and banks are close by. But what caught my eye about this project was the price of the configurations. Let me tell you about it.

Dosti Greater Thane address is
7229+PC7, Arihant Complex Bus Stop Mumbai, National Highway Val, Bhiwandi, Maharashtra 421302. I would never recommend anyone to invest here. I have invested here and made a huge mistake. The
Dosti Greater Thane possession date is in June 2028. The sales team told me that I can buy the flat now and buy a parking space later. After I booked a flat here, their stance changed and they are refusing to give me a parking space. I am also not very pleased with the Dosti Kalher project location. I am not sure if there will be much development here in future.
