I desired to purchase an apartment in the Diamonds Gem building. However, I'm not entirely certain about the reputation of the builder. The Diamond Foundation Private Limited, formerly known as "Diamond Builders," a private firm, was established in 1996, according to my own investigation. committed to offering high-quality residential and commercial structures and high-quality building knowledge. Mr. D. Manogaran, the team's managing director, Mrs. M. Vijaya, and Mr. M. Madanraj, a director, are all actively involved in the company's operations. For more over 14 years, Mr. Manogaran and Mrs. Vijaya have been building homes, beginning with a modest project in Kolathur. However, one of my friends also informed me that the project is not RERA compliant. If somebody could give me any other information regarding the same, I would really appreciate it. Even though I'm writing this Diamonds Gem review in 2022, I still feel the need to point out how old this project is. In 2002, the possession was finished. I recently moved to Chennai and acquired a second hand unit in this building. Diamonds Gem offers 2 BHK units in a range of 650–990 square feet in size. I wanted to live close to my workplace, which is in the SIDCO Industrial Estate and is only 11 kilometres away from the flat. Additionally, I want to emphasise that Peravallur offers a wide range of possibilities when it comes to choosing schools because I am thinking about my daughter. Some of these include Vatsalya Matriculation Higher Sec. School and Raashid Nursery & Primary School.
We intended to enrol her in the renowned Nandanu School of Music & Technologies, which is also very close to the apartment, because she enjoys music as well.
