Before investing in Daivi Eterneety I wanted to get in touch with the locals of the area. I talked to a few of the locals and they said that the region is frequently patrolled by police, and the roads are well-lit at night. However, they also mentioned to me that at rush hour, the buses and trains become congested.
But what made me change my mind and not invest in Daivi Eterneety is the price of the flats. The prices for the 1, 3, and 4 BHK flats they have to offer, in my opinion, are way too high. Their 2 BHK ranges from 745.00 SQ.FT to 876.00 SQ.FT. Their 3 BHK ranges from 1075.00 SQ.FT to 1107.00 SQ.FT, while their 4 BHK has an area of 1751.00 SQ.FT. In addition, the price range for these apartments is between Rs. 1.81 Cr. and Rs. 6.93 Cr., which, in my opinion, is too expensive for the middle class. That is why I decided to not invest here.

The Borivali West area of Daivi Eterneety is really safe. I have been using the route for quite some time and I can say that one can simply travel on these roads without worrying because they are carefully maintained and in decent condition. When I visited the property site with my wife, the first thing that she made me realise is that if you're not in the mood to prepare a meal for the day, there are plenty of excellent cafeterias and restaurants in the Borivali West neighbourhood where you can obtain fantastic meals. I should also tell you that the project's best feature is that Kandivali Railway Station and Mahavir Nagar Metro Station are both only 1.4 and 1.5 kilometres away, respectively. Additionally, the Pawan Dham is 0.7 km away and the Dev Nagar Derasar is 0.3 miles away. It is a good investment.

My friend wanted to book a flat in Daivi Eterneety so we went to visit the property. I would say that the property has good connectivity via taxi services like OLA and Uber and public transportation. In fact, I also saw that a metro stop is two kilometres away from there. While returning from Daivi Eterneety, I noticed that within 5 miles, there are numerous hospitals, schools, restaurants, and grocery stores. You don't need to spend time commuting because there are numerous stores close by where you can acquire your daily necessities. Daivi Eterneety is now under construction and will be ready for ownership in/around December 2026. My friend was quite impressed with the property and he has decided to book a flat there. I would also like to mention in my Daivi Eterneety review that in the various configurations of the property, they offer a Jacuzzi and a spa.
