I visited this project a few months back. I work as an ATC at Pune international airport. Hence, I always wanted to stay close by airport. I opted for the Bluegrass Residences project as it is only 4.3 km away from Pune airport. Apart from this, I would also like to mention a few other locational advantages of this project;
Shastri Nagar and Gunjan Chowk, two significant bus stops, are only 2-4 minutes away.
About 11–15 minutes away are several train stations, including Ghorpuri Transh Yard and Ghorpuri.
Many hospitals are within 6-10 minutes drive, including Sadhu Vaswani Missions Medical Complex and Kataria Hospital.
Several schools, including Don Bosco High School, are only 5–10 minutes away.

Hey Guys,
I was considering booking an apartment in this
project. However, a small bird told me that the project had been put on hold by the Honourable Court when six construction workers were discovered dead at the site in January 2022. Additionally, I was informed that the construction work has not yet resumed, which would cause a further delay in the project's possession.
I was interested in buying an apartment here, but after hearing all of this, I'm a little dubious. I'd really appreciate it if someone else could provide me with some additional information about this property.
