The apartment configuration and the price was good considering the sports related amenities they offer. There is also a squash court available in the community which was like a cherry on the cake for my daughter. She could hone her skills even at home. Apart from all this, my concern was my daughter’s safety and security which I found to be quite remarkable. My daughter has been staying at Birla Navya for a few months now and I am completely satisfied with my purchase as of now.

I read quite a lot of Birla Navya review on the internet and found out that the price at which they were offering different configuration apartments was also very intriguing. They offer a spacious 2 BHK from Rs. 70 lacs going up till Rs. 1.3 cores.  It was quite suitable for my budget along with the location benefits. So, I invested in the project.
