best projects with all the amenities and facilities available. I especially love the locality of Wakad in which this project is located. Wakad is a fast-developing area in west Pune, a centre point for the Hinjewadi IT sector. It has good connectivity from the highway also.
I can tell you from my own experience that one can easily go to metro stops in hardly 5 mins from this project. The quality of the neighbourhood is also very good to lead a happy and peaceful life.

nder construction with completion expected in December 2028. My cousin has booked a 3 BHK flat here. I have visited this project with her so I can tell you, that the flats here range between ₹ 75 L - 1.36 Cr+ Govt. Charges. I will the floor and price list with you.
