I was planning to buy an apartment in Sector 150 of Noida. One of my friends suggested me to visit this project. He told me that they have started constructing Phase 2 and the ATS Pious Hideaways construction update is that it is still under construction and the expected ATS Pious Hideaways possession date for Phase 2 is by Dec 2024. I am planning to visit the site. I also got to know from my friend that this project is approved by Uttar Pradesh RERA, and the project RERA number is UPRERAPRJ183246.

I booked an apartment at the ATS Pious Hideaways. I am keeping my fingers crossed, as I want to enter my dream home in a hassle-free way. When I enquired about the ATS Pious Hideaways construction update, they told me it is an under-construction project.

They provided detailed information about the construction status. They informed me that in the past 3 months, 450 + people worked on the construction site to complete the construction of 163940 sq. ft., and till now 12.06 sq. ft. area is constructed. Till now 39 slabs are casted, along with 8389 mt steel consumed, and 62,815 CUM consumption of concrete is done. 

I hope everything goes well, and we can enter our home happily.
