I recently visited Ashar Pulse at Majiwada, Thane West, and the overall site experience was quite informative. The sales team explained the project details clearly and professionally. Spread across 3 acres, the project offers 1, 2, 2.5, 3, and 3.5 BHK homes. Their prices starting from Rs. 71 lakh and going up to Rs. 2.75 crore onwards. 

Possession is planned for December 2026, and the project is registered under RERA number P51700047432. They highlighted the amenities well, including:

3. Kids’ play zone

4. An open-air gym, which adds good lifestyle value.

The location at Majiwada seems convenient for daily commuting within Thane West. Overall, the visit gave me clarity and confidence about the project by Ashar Group. I am planning to invest here as it looks promising for long-term returns in Thane West.

Before making an investment, I read a Ashar Pulse review. But I believe I made one of my best decisions. This development is quite serene, and I believe I received a really good flat for a very decent price. You can also get 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments here. The Ashar Pulse price starts at Rs. 69 Lakhs. As you know the property cost in Thane is high, I believe this project is very reasonable and competitive. For anyone, I believe Ashar Pulse will be a fantastic investment.

I had no idea about the Ashar Pulse location till my best friend informed me that it was close to The Vadapav Ministry in Majiwada, Thane, Mumbai.
