I visited this project with my mother. This project is developed by Koncept Ambience. The Ambience Woodsong has 3 BHK apartments. The configurations range from 2980-3430 sq. ft, and 4 BHK apartments have 4940 sq. ft. I am writing this Ambience Woodsong review as I am so happy with the myriad amenities offered by this project. The apartments here are 100% Vastu compliant, which was a plus point for me. Also, some of the other amenities are a kid’s play area, landscaped garden, gym, basketball court, swimming pool, tennis court, and meditation center. There is also the presence of fire fighting equipment for safety purposes, along with 24/7 security and CCTV surveillance.

Though we really liked the property, I felt that the project was extremely overpriced. Also, I heard there are certainly some legal issues going on with the property. I got to hear that even the BESCOM connection is not present with them. I would really appreciate it if anyone could provide me with the legality issues of this project. Thanks in advance.

After visiting this Ambience Woodsong project, I discovered that the project is a RERA-registered one and the RERA ID is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/ PR/171103/001346. This project is a ready-to-move one, and the possession was done in May 2022. I was also informed by the sales team that the starting price of the apartments in this project is Rs. 3 Crores. I felt that the price was quite exorbitant, and beyond my budget.
