What are the Adarsh Welkin Park Phase 1, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore Reviews?

Hello Savita. I recently bought a 3 BHK apartment in the project. I can thus give you my Adarsh Welkin Park Phase 1 review. It is a pretty extensive project, spreading across 30 acres of land. There are ‌ 8 buildings with 1300 units. In the Adarsh Welkin Park Phase 1 unit configuration, you’ll find 3 BHK properties with four different size configurations. One reason we went ahead with buying the property was because of the interior work. The flat will have vitrified flooring and laminate flooring with ceramic tiles in some areas. There’ll be UPVC doors and sliding windows. Along with this, the kitchen will have a good quality granite platform.

When it comes to the Adarsh Welkin Park Phase 1 unit size, the built up area ranges from 1804 sq. ft. to 1906 sq. ft., which is quite spacious. Overall, it’s a nice place to live and you can consider the houses here.

Hi there. We checked out the 3 BHK house on sale in Adarsh Welkin. A friend of ours referred to the project, and we liked the offering there. The Adarsh Welkin Park Phase 1 price ranges from Rs. 1.65 to Rs. 1.85 crores, which is a bit over our budget, but we are considering stretching it. The project has a lot of luxurious amenities like a restaurant, bar, badminton courts, squash courts, yoga room, creche, game room, supermarket, ATM, campfire and more.

We also asked about the Adarsh Welkin Park Phase 1 RERA number, which is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/020923/006223. In our view, the project is quite luxurious with all the essentials in a good location, like Sarjapur. The Adarsh Welkin Park Phase 1 possession date is December 2027, which also fits our schedule.

The Adarsh Group has launched Welkin Park located at Hosa Road off Sarjapur Road. The project offers both apartments and villas. My wife, an IT professional, works in Ecospace. Wechecked Adarsh  Welkin Park reviews in search of a property. This is what we found out about accessibility:

• When it comes to 3 BHK it is sized from 1650 to 1800 sq ft. The price starts from 1.53 crore onwards. The project is RERA-approved and fully Vaastu-compliant RERA ID- PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/020923/006223. 

The prices are competitive but you can check your options before making the final call. Adarsh Welkin Park’s possession date is June 2027 onwards.

I believe this could be a good investment right now. The property prices will appreciate significantly in the coming months.
