We invested in VTP Verve but after a careful discussion with my family, we decided to cancel the booking. The problem we faced is that we were charged Rs. 50,000 when we cancelled the flat. The agent told us that it was the cancellation fee. But as per the RERA guidelines, the booking should be returned if we cancel the booking.
