I was hearing several Raunak Maximum City reviews from my neighbours and since we were also looking for a 2 BHK, we checked it out in April. We learned that this project is providing fully furnished apartments. In fact, the Raunak Maximum City price list is also affordable. The apartments here start from Rs 58 lakhs onwards. You won’t get such affordable properties in Thane so this is where the project tops our list.
Another thing we liked is the Raunak Maximum City location. It is just near Monalisa Lawn And Banquet, Ghodbunder Road, Thane. It is located
1.3 km away from Anand Nagar
2.4 km from the Vedant Hospital Thane West
within 2.5 from the Dhanwantari Multispeciality Hospital
