Vasai–Virar is a city and tehsil in Konkan division in Maharashtra.It is the most populated region of Palghar District which is also a part of Mumbai Metropolitan Region. I recently bought a resale 2 BHK flat in Vasai and I should say the development in Vasai is pretty fast. The infrastructure is getting better day by day. I bought a 2 BHK resale flat around 53L (it was 5 years old). If you go for a newly constructed flat, the rates would be around Rs 7.7-7.8K/sq ft.
