My family and I went to see a 3 BHK. I personally liked the range of amenities, with a lawn, pool, outdoor shower, poolside cafe, yoga, food counter and all. Home is very big in space, but the price is also set accordingly. If I remember it right, it is somewhere close to 1. 57 crores. Can be checked once if you are interested in a spacious 3 BHK in Hosa.

We have been on the lookout for a 2 BHK flat in Bengaluru for 6 months now. As our workplace is in Sarjapur, we thought that a property around Sarjapur would be ideal. We then saw Ramku Lumina which is on Hosa Road and went on site a week back. They have 1, 2 and 3 BHK flats with 6 towers across 7 acres of land. So, the property area is quite spacious. One thing both my partner and I really liked was the 80 percent open space. The area of the house is also big, with 1040 to 1280 sq. ft. Price is a little steep, at Rs 1.25 crores, but we have kept it in our consideration.
