The Raheja Valletta unit configuration list I saw was quite impressive. The 3 BHKs here are of different sizes, like:
1835 sq ft
2074 sq ft
3185 sq ft
Now, based on the Raheja Valletta unit size, the price also varies. If you want to buy a property facing the beach, you will need to pay more. I know it is a luxurious project but I still find the prices exorbitant. I heard from a friend that the prices start here at Rs 12 crore onwards. However, it is built by K Raheja Corp., one of the most renowned real estate developers so you can be sure that the properties are of great quality and finish.
