Hi, I want to share my Raheja Residency review with you. I have a 2 BHK flat here and we moved in a couple of months ago. The builder, K Raheja is a reputed one and their former work had us interested in this property. There are 9 buildings with 120 2 BHK flats.
A thing I like a lot is the Raheja Residency location, as there is the Dindoshi bus stand and metro station close by. You also have the Sai Kripa Hospital and PVR ICON nearby. The property has a good balance of infrastructure and nature. So, a big thumbs up from my end.

We inquired about the Raheja Residency unit size and were happy with the carpet area of 830 sq. ft. while visiting the property. We were also impressed by the amenities here. There is a swimming pool, a common garden, a party area, CCTV, a jogging track, a community hall and a lot more. The area is clean and tidy and the security staff is highly professional. I do suggest a site visit to get a better idea.

We asked about the Raheja Residency unit configuration, which had 2 BHK flats. We were lucky enough to find a flat here. The best part was that we were able to get possession by the time we needed it. Although the Raheja Residency 2BHK price is a little high, the offerings, including the infrastructure, location and architectural quality justified everything for us
