I came across a Raheja Modern Vivarea review while searching for a 3 BHK unit. I got in touch with them and decided to pay them a visit. After visiting the project location, I first asked the executive about the Raheja Modern Vivarea RERA number and possession date.
The executive told me that the possession date is in March 2028, and the Rera number is P51900034289 & P51900034288. The project had all the basic amenities, but I was sold when the executive told me about the Panoramic Views of the Arabian Sea. I instantly booked a 3.5 BHK unit with a view of the sea.

I received a call from an executive of the Raheja Modern Vivarea. Generally, I disconnect this type of call but I listened to this one as I was looking for a 4 BHK house. The executive told me about the Raheja Modern Vivarea location, which is 25A, Sane Guruji Marg, RTO Colony, Mumbai Central, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400011.
