I called the builder team of this project to inquire about the offerings here. I was interested in buying the 3 BHK there and asked about the Quambiant Amaranthine 3BHK price, but get the information over a call. The part I liked was the huge open space in this project, with the buildings occupying a minimum area of the 3-acre project land.
I also asked about the Quambiant Amaranthine possesion date, which is June 2026, a little later than the date we are looking to shift into our new home. So, I didn’t continue my inquiry any further. However, you can contact them or best make a site visit to know if it suits you.

I’d like to share my views about this project. I went to check out this project a while ago with my sister. Starting with the amenities here, the builder has put in thought as we haven’t seen some features which are available here in any other project. There is a private home theatre, a 38000 sq. ft. clubhouse, a meditation centre, a jogging track, a cyclers court, a barbeque corner, cricket net practice, a skating rink, an outdoor gym, a senior citizen zone, etc.
Apart from this, I love the small details like the view from the balcony is a 270-degree view of the city. It's called a wrap-around balcony with a decent space to make your setup and enjoy your time there.
We are going to book this in the next couple of days, and I strongly recommend you check them out too.

So we were looking for a 3 BHK in Hyderabad for a couple of months and visited this project having 3, 4, 5 BHK and duplex home configuration. In the Quambiant Amaranthine reviews I read before visiting the project, I was impressed with the planning done on this project.
After going there, my interest increased. There are 502 units in an area of close to 3 acres with 42 floors in a building. The balconies are up to 240 sq. ft. in area and there are bathrooms in number of 2, 3, 4 and 5 depending on the home type.
The Quambiant Amaranthine address is in Khajaguda, with proximity to Hitech City, Gachibowli, Financial District and other areas. The Care and KIMS Hospital are nearby, with the Raidurg Metro Station 15 minutes away.
We also ran a check on whether the project was approved by RERA authorities or not and found the Quambiant Amaranthine RERA number, P02400006713.
We made the booking last week and recommend you visit this project as the facilities in all are good enough.
