During my site visit, I observed that the project offers a wide range of amenities, including an infinity pool on the 25th floor, a rooftop recreation area, a Zumba deck, a kinetic garden, putting golf, a pet corner, landscaped gardens, and outdoor seating. The project is RERA-registered under number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/210907/004299. I am still considering investing here; however, given the long possession timeline, it may not align with my current plans.

Purva Orient Grand is a residential project spread over 1.15 acres, comprising a single tower with 97 apartments. It offers spacious 3 and 4 BHK homes, starting at approximately Rs. 6 crore. The project is notable for its thoughtfully designed amenities, modern facilities, and convenient location. However, with possession expected only by 2027 and the prices being on the higher side, the long wait doesn’t align with my current plans, so I have decided to explore other options.
