I was looking for a 3BHK apartment in the Thanisandra area as this area is close to my office. A colleague of mine told me about the Provident Harmony project, and I decided to visit it. Last month, I visited the Provident Harmony location at Chokkanahalli Main Rd, Sri Balaji Krupa Layout, RK Hegde Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka. After visiting the project, I asked them about the amenities. The sales executive told me that they were providing amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, jogging track, tennis court, etc. After this, I decided to look around the project, and during that, I also learned that they also had rainwater harvesting and power backup. The project seemed well-secured as it had good arrangements for security personnel and CCTV cameras. I am considering purchasing an apartment here, just waiting for some paperwork to come through.
