Hello. We visited Prithvi Paradise Pune located in the Tathawade region of Pune. I am sharing a review based on my first impressions. The points I liked were features like 4-level parking, with just 4 flats on each floor, and dual balconies in the apartments with a separate dining region.

The project is in progress at this moment. I inquired about the 2 BHK here and the Prithvi Paradise 2BHK price starts at Rs. 76 lakhs. The flat is semi-furnished with a carpet area of 772 square feet.
I discussed the project with my family and everyone along with me felt that although the location and everything else is great, the price point is an issue for us, considering the carpet area as well.

The Prithvi Paradise address is Survey No130 in Jeevan Nagar, Tathawade in Pimpri Chinchwad in Pune, which is a good area to live in. The road connectivity offers Proposed Ring Road within a distance of 5 minutes, with the Old Mumbai Pune Highway and the Aundh Ravet BRTS Road only 10 minutes away. The SP Patil School and the St. Ursula’s School are nearby, where both my children are studying right now.
The Prithvi Paradise possession date is given as December 2025, which is around the time by which we want to gain the house possession. You can give the project a visit if you want.

We heard about the project from a friend of ours, so we contacted the builder. We were interested in the 3 BHK and asked for the Prithvi Paradise 3BHK price, which is around Rs. 96 lakhs. The carpet area is 963 square feet, which I found to be a little less considering the price point.

The project is registered under RERA and the Prithvi Paradise RERA number is P52100051588. Although the price is a downer for us, there are lots of amenities which I liked. These include a swimming pool, an indoor playroom, a park, a gym, a kid’s play area, a party hall and more. You can check it out if it interests you as some things are pretty nice while the others weren’t as great in my opinion.
