O2 by Pristine is a fantastic project in Kharadi, particularly for its well-planned amenities and smartly built layouts. The sales team was extremely helpful and helped me make an important decision with confidence. Their knowledge and experience were quite beneficial. I purchased a two-bedroom flat of 811 square feet. The starting price for a 2 BHK here is Rs. 1.11 Crore. Overall, I will rate it 4 out of 5.

I saw the sample flat at Pristine O2 World and was amazed. The interiors are nicely furnished, and the layout makes the best use of available space. This project offers 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK across 20 acres of land.
Construction drone video is a fantastic idea. It promotes trust and transparency, which are greatly valued. A special thanks to the sales team. Their support has been amazing, from quick updates to patiently answering questions. The only issue I have is that its possession is in 2028, so I am looking at other projects that can be handed over by the next year.
