I have recently visited this project and I can say that it offers all the required basic amenities like swimming pool, gym, lift, club house, security, intercom, children\'s play area, shopping center, park, visitor parking, and so on. There are several resale properties in this project. I am interested in a 1,180 sq. ft. 2 BHK flat here. The seller has quoted Rs. 59 Lakhs. Though this Pride Pristine price seems affordable, I am still trying to negotiate a bit with him. Hopefully, I will be able to close the deal within a few days.

Pride Pristine spans across 5 acres, and the minimum price starts from Rs. 33.48 Lakhs. The project is a ready to move one and was completed in December 2013.

I am a resident of a 3 BHK apartment in this project. I booked an apartment here because of its location. The location is supreme in terms of connectivity.
The B M T C Bus Depot 38 is just 3.2 km. Apart from this, the Ramasagara bus stop is also nearby, around 5.2 km.
The nearest train station is the Heelalige, around 3.5 km from this project.
There are multiple hospitals nearby, like the Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences, Bommasandra, Springleaf Hospital
Also, it is close to several super markets like DMart, Gmart Supermarket, and so on.
Overall, this is a good project and is also RERA registered. The Pride Pristine RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/AG/171114/000400.
