Pros of the property are that the price is lower compared to other Prestige projects. The UDS offered is good at 35%. The flats do not have common walls and come with a large balcony, which is a big plus. On the downside, the main gate is about 3.5 km from the main road and factories are on both sides. Power grids run along two sides of the boundary. I didn’t find a suitable unit, so waiting for the next Prestige project 🤞

The project is decent but the surroundings have many factories, so the location is not up to Prestige standards. That said, since it is a small project, it feels less crowded and more manageable. The floor plans are well designed and practical. I especially liked the 2 BHK layout because it comes with two balconies, which is a good advantage for ventilation and extra space. Overall, it is a good option mainly for the layout rather than the location.

A good project. You can trust Prestige’s quality and the connectivity from the project is also nice in my opinion. The Bommasandra metro station is about 3 km away, so it will help with the connectivity a lot. The EC Metro is about 7 km from the place. We saw the 3 BHK with area going up to 1254 sq. ft., so that also we were happy with. We are thinking of finalising the deal next week.

Premium lifestyle I’d say here in Suncrest. Apart from that one flaw of factories around, the amneiites and other features are attractive. You have a general store, badminton, skating and all, gym, salon, spa and coworking space, too.

I would say this place is a mixed bag. There are upsides and downsides which you neeed to consider before making your decision. The property has a really good floor plan with 870 to 900 sq. ft. of usable area, high quality materials and all. But, the area is surrounded by factories and the roads aren’t up to the mark. Roads I still think will get better but factories are a thing which will cause some trouble. Yes, Prestige’s construciton quality and trust is a thing which still has me considering this, so I’d say you should check it out then see.
