This project is located 3.3 km from the Pallavaram Bus Stop, 3 km from the Eelkattalai Metro Station, and 3.7 km from the Pallavaram Railway Station. I mainly invested here because most people prefer this locality as it is near IT hubs, and I can get good rental income, along with amazing ROI.
