What are The Prestige City Reviews, Bengaluru, Karnataka

A year ago, I had the pleasure of visiting The Prestige City in Sarjapur, Bengaluru. I was quite happy with the overall experience. Here are my thoughts:

• Location and Accessibility

The project is located in Sarjapur, which is quickly emerging as a major residential and IT hub. I agree with Sayan that this project’s proximity to major IT parks, schools, hospitals, and shopping malls makes it an excellent choice for families and working people. 

• Quality of Construction

Prestige Group has maintained a reputation for delivering high-quality projects. The design and finish of the model flats and villas demonstrate their attention to detail.

Basically, the Prestige City is a promising project with good amenities and a smart design strategy. My brother and I purchased a 3 BHK here.

I discovered The Prestige City when looking for a long-term investment property in Bangalore. The township is huge, and the planning suggests that it will appreciate significantly if fully constructed. Connectivity to Sarjapur's employment hubs is also beneficial. Personally, I believe it is a solid choice for future value.

Prestige City is one of Bangalore's greatest township developments, spanning 180 acres and featuring nearly every type of housing that can be imagined: 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments, villas, and even plotted developments. The scale, layout, and community amenities give it the feel of a self-contained city. Given the brand and the township's entire scope, the pricing looks to be proper. 

However, certain design elements may have been better optimised. The master bedroom balconies are small in comparison to the huge living room balconies. Also, I felt the kitchen area was slightly cramped, given the size of the entire property. In terms of location, it is best. I have already booked a 2BHK unit here.

I always look for the connectivity of a project first. I heard a lot about

The Prestige City and since I am also looking for an apartment to move in with my parents, I checked it out recently. Here are some locations and distances from the project to give you a better idea of its location:

• Karmelaram is 3km away

• Kempegowda International Airport is about 48 km from the project location

• Hospitals and banks are within 3 to 5 km max

• Central Mall Bellandur, Market Square and Soul Space Spirit is within 6 km

• Lake View Public School is within 5 km

• Wipro Technology Campus, Intel Campus, RMZ Eco World are all within 5 km

• Begur Fort, Jinke Park and Bellandur Lake are all within 15km

Overall it is a great project which has been built keeping in mind the facilities one needs to get. This is all I have to say about The Prestige City review.

I always wanted to buy a spacious apartment since I am claustrophobic and also because I have a number of friends who visit me quite often. I had visited a number of apartments but somehow I felt the bedroom is small or the dining hall. I visited

The Prestige City last week and admit that it is spacious. 1bhk has a built up area of about 643 sq ft and above and 2 bhk from about 944 sq ft. Along with it I also asked them about the amenities that a buyer can get so here is the list 

• Gymnasium

• Swimming pool

• Yoga pavilion

• Video door phone

• Kids activity zone

• Mini theatre

• Tennis court

• Indoor games room

• Club house

• Jogging track and more

I think these are enough to attract anyone and as for

The Prestige City review, I will rate it 4.2out of 5.

My husband and I have been living in Bangalore for the last 5 years and now are planning to get a house of our own. Bangalore does have a number of projects to invest and move in but the decision, where to move in must be taken considering several factors, especially the privileges that one can get.

The Prestige City has become quite famous thus one of my friends asked me to visit it along with her and I am glad I did. It is spread over an area of 180 acres and has about 7000 apartments, 140 villas and 808 plots. I myself was so pleased with the overall location and view that I asked them about the starting price and could not believe that it starts from mere Rs 40 Lacs. I have seen several other projects and even being less advanced, they were charging rs 60 lacs. 

I am planning to visit it again next month with my husband and looking forward to finalising a deal soon. I hope this The Prestige City Review will help you as well to get an idea of the starting price here.
