Hi, This project is a RERA registered project and the RERA ID is P02200006908. The price ranges from Rs. 1.13 Cr. to Rs. 2.55 Cr. It is offering 100+ outdoor amenities. Overall, it is a nice project to invest in, but the only concern is its floor plan. 37 floors, 4 towers in 8 acres looks a bit clumsy to me.

I recently visited this project, which spans across 8.31 acres. It has a total of 4 towers, with 4C+G+37 floors. I am amazed because of its 50K sq. ft. clubhouse. The project provides 2, 2.5, 3, & 3.5 BHK apartments with sizes ranging from 1305 Sq. ft to
3130 Sq. ft. All the apartments are Vastu compliant. This is currently an under construction project and is set to be handed over by July 2028.
