One variant of 2 BHK is 584 sq ft and priced at 1.21 Cr Rs. The other variant is 607 sq ft, priced at 1.26 Cr Rs. The 3 BHK apartment is 762 sq ft and priced at 1.58Cr Rs.
I asked him about the amenities as the prices in my opinion were slightly higher. He said some of the amenities that he remembers are:

A sports arena with a playground, yoga zones and tracks for jogging and cycling.

I have heard about Poddar builders a lot when it comes to real estate in Mumbai. It is well known for delivering projects on time and so far I haven’t heard of any legal troubles with them. This project has also got RERA approval, Poddar Harmony RERA number is P51800053752.

I think what attracts investors to this project is the potential it offers. Connectivity of the project is one of the major USPs.
Upcoming Metro Line 4 and Line 2 B will make Mumbai travel easy. The project is close to business districts such as BKC, Lower Parel, Andheri and Powai.
