After reading a few Pavani Pleasant reviews, I learned about the various details of the project. I visited it and learned that the project is over a decade old. It’s a properly maintained society, and the maintenance staff around ensures to keep it clean all the time. I spoke to the person in charge and asked him if there were any apartments available here. He said that currently, there are two resale apartments available. One is a 2 BHK of around 790. sq. ft. and a 3 BHK of 1,740 sq. ft. As I am planning to book a 2 BHK apartment, I contacted the owner and got to know that he is charging Rs. 70 Lakhs for the apartment. I am still negotiating, and hopefully I will be able to close the deal soon.

Besides this, the ambience here is really nice. It has a beautiful children\'s play area where my daughter loves to play. The nearby hospital is Dr. R.Munisingh Hospital. All of these together make this property a great place for families to live.

A few weeks back, I came across this project through a friend of mine. He provided me with the Pavani Pleasant address, which is in Prasanth Extension, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066. My friend also told me that there are a few available resale apartments. I visited the project and enquired about the price and unit size. I learned that the starting price of a 3 BHK resale apartment is Rs. 1.55 Crores. I also asked about the Pavani Pleasant RERA number, which they told me was PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/AG/180205/001849. Since it is in an area like Whitefield, I figured it would be a great investment opportunity. I have acquired the details of the owner and am planning to purchase an apartment here.
