I am planning to visit this project after hearing a positive Parklane Urbanjoy Phase 2 review from one of my friends. My friend was immensely happy with the strategic Parklane Urbanjoy Phase 2 location. This is located in Sus Goan, Sus Nande Road, Hospital, near Sus, Pune. He said that this is approximately, 4.5 KM or 9 min from Baner, 7.5 KM or 14 mins from Hinjawadi, 6.8 KM or 10 mins from Balewadi, 7 KM or 12 min from Bavdhan, and 11.8 KM or 18 min from Kothrud. So all the major avenues of Pune are just a stone's throw away. I was planning to make a real estate investment so I am going to visit this project over the weekend. I will be able to add more information here after my visit
