The Parimala Trinity possession date was in late 2013, and it has been about 12 years since. I was quite happy with the way they have kept the society. The lanes look clean; the buildings haven’t lost their look as such and the amenities are nice, too. We live in a 3 BHK in Parimal Trinity and it has been a few years since we bought the flat. Let me tell you, the location of the property is something we all agreed on instantly. The surroundings are clean, with a pleasant road out in the front. This society has incorporated a lot of modern architecture, useful amenities and also greenery here and there. The Parimala Trinity price was somewhere around Rs. 8,490 per sq. ft., but you can expect a higher rate for flats now. The maintenance staff takes care of the premises well and you would like to just roam around in the society.

Hello. We recently finalised the deal for a 2 BHK flat here. So, I can add my review to the Parimala Trinity reviews, which will give you a decent idea of the property. You will find 2, 3 and 4 BHK flats in the society, with 185 units. The society is on the Bhoganahalli Road in Kadubeesanahalli, Panathur. The Parimala Trinity address is quite nice, with the Bellandur Road Train Station being less than a km away. There are several entertainment zones close by with the Soul Spirit Mall, Sri Vinayaka Theatre, 7D Voyage and more.
We also checked for the Parimala Trinity RERA number to be sure of all the legal clearances. The RERA ID of Parimala Trinity is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/AG/180205/001849. In all, it is a wonderful project and you can check it out once.
