I went to see a 2 BHK flat in this new project by Paradigm builders. Chembur is where this is located and with the growing real estate here, I am looking to buy an investment property here. The promised project feels quite premium to me. The amenities are something which had my interest from the start. Lobby plaza, party deck, pergola, high-end gym, cricket net, reading lounge and rooftop theatre are a few I can remember. Looks like a promising project.

I think this is a pretty well-planned project with some good features, but a few misses too. Location wise I believe this is a good place to live in. Connectivity is an important factor to look at and with the Monorail, Eastern Express Highway like 1km away, I think it is good overall. The layout of the homes is nicely planned, but the house area is small. Square feet for the 1 BHK is a bit above 380 sq. ft. Would have liked them to focus a bit on providing ample space as well.

Pretty huge project with around 500 units and the total area is like 4.5 acres. I saw one person point out the spaciousness of the house, which is a negative. I do agree with their point but I mean the price point is also to be considered. It is just my personal opinion but the flats range from Rs. 1.04 crores to Rs. 1.06 crores and how expensive property is in Mumbai, you know this rate is somewhat better.
