I own a 2 BHK apartment in this project. Locationally, this project is prime.
The ECR beach is just 20 mins from this project. Also, the OMR that connects to major parts of Chennai, is just 6 minutes from Pacifica Aurum Pride Tower.
Siruseri IT hub, is only 22 minutes away; ideal for tech employees.
SIPCOT, Siruseri is just 9 minutes away.
However, my only concern is that as per their construction the AC gas pipes pass through the hall. This is something that I don’t like.

The water supply is through corporation and a borewell facility is also there. I am planning to book a 2 BHK property in this project. The area is 798 sqft. They have also received RERA ID: TN/01/Building/0181/2019.
