I am planning to book a property in this project. The Oree Cloud 51 address is near OYO Sk Executive, NDA Chowk,Bavdhan, Pune. This project is still under construction, and the expected possession date is by December 2028. This is also a RERA approved project and the RERA number is P52100050833. There are a total of 320 units of 2, and 3 BHK, spread across 3.50 acres. The most important point according to me is that all the flats here are Vastu compliant, and I think this is definitely a good project to invest in.
