I visited Nyati Evoque about a month ago to get more details about the project. The sales team informed me that they have 3 and 4 BHK apartments. A 3 BHK (1553 sqft) starts at around Rs. 3.57 cr, while a 4 BHK (1840 sqft) is priced higher, going up to nearly Rs. 4.20 crore. The expected possession date is December 2029, and the project is registered with RERA under P52100056152.
