They offer 2, 3, and 4 BHK options, and the maximum price is around Rs. 1.48 crore, which fits our budget. I checked the amenities, and they seem good: swimming pool, community hall, gym, garden, cricket pitch, and more. The Chennai Corporation is also working on the metro station nearby, so transport won’t be a problem. The project is RERA approved (TN/29/Building/0577/2024 dated 13-12-2024). The only concern is the possession date of 2031. Still, getting a 4 BHK at this price is rare, so we are planning to visit the site next week.

I am planning to invest in a property in Porur. During my search, I came across Nutech Central Park. When I checked, the possession date was December 2031. I also went through the amenities, and they seemed good. The price is also reasonable. In the next 4 to 5 years, this area is expected to develop well, and with the metro construction going on in Porur, transportation won’t be a problem. Once I visit the site and gather all the details, I will decide whether to go ahead.

I was looking for an under-construction project in Porur when I came across Nutech Central Park. The project is coming up on a 10.66-acre area with a single tower and 655 units. The amenities looked really good, and what impressed me the most was the starting price, around Rs. 78 lakhs, which seemed reasonable. But when I checked the possession date, it was December 2031. Though that is too far for me, I still decided to buy a unit in this project. As I believe it is a good investment opportunity for me.
