Notarial Act Fees:
Noting an instrument:
Up to Rs 10,000: Rs 25
Rs 10,001 to Rs 25,000: Rs 50
Rs 25,001 to Rs50,000: Rs75
Above Rs50,000: Rs100
Protesting an instrument:
Up to Rs10,000: Rs25
Rs10,001 to Rs25,000: Rs50
Rs25,001 to Rs50,000: Rs75
Rs50,001 to Rs1,00,000: Rs75
Above Rs1,00,000: Rs100
Administering oath/taking affidavit: Rs10
Verifying, authenticating, certifying, or attesting execution: Rs10
Certifying copies of documents: Rs5 per page
Preparing/attesting documents for use outside India: Rs100
