I am planning to book a property in this project. The Nivasa Green City address is in Near Bahinabai garden, Sunil Nagar, Dombivli East, Mumbai. This project is still under construction, and the expected possession date is by December 2030. This is also a KDMC & MAHARERA approved project and the RERA number is P51700080070. There are a total of 500 units, and I really liked the construction quality. The most important point according to me is that all the flats here are Vastu compliant. I think this is definitely a good project to invest in.
