With all such important locations for a comfortable living around the corner, we wouldn’t have to commute a lot just to get basic needs met. This is why I invested in a 3 BHK apartment here.

Since its founding in 2012, the Nivasa Group has been a well-known brand in Pune's real estate market and is well known for its flawless building standards in the PMC and PCMC regions. 

With residential projects in Mumbai, they are growing their presence now and establishing new standards while maintaining the same dedication to quality and innovation. RERA also approved the project, and the Nivasa Ananya RERA number is P52100076606. So far, I am very positive about the fact that I invested in property here.

Hi! I was recently recommended to Nivasa Ananya by a friend of mine after I told him I am looking to invest in property. My friend’s relative visited there, and he gave quite good Nivasa Ananya reviews. He said you can find all the modern amenities which ensure comfortable living here. 

• They have amazing rooftop amenities with a well-equipped pantry area where I can host a nice BBQ and a waterspout. 

• They also have an active zone which has a temperature-controlled swimming pool, and options like an indoor gym, open gym, and multipurpose court. There’s even a kid’s play area. 

• They also have an older adult’s area for relaxation and socialising and a yoga and meditation deck.

• There is also a designer clubhouse, a multipurpose hall and party lawn for gatherings. I also liked the open-air amphitheatre.

Such amenities offer great ease and convenience. I also found the Nivasa Ananya price to be quite reasonable, as it starts Rs.55.26 lakh. I would like to invest 2 BHK on this property, but I will decide only after visiting the site.
