I regret ever hiring Nikunj Cargo packers and movers for my relocation from Delhi to Bangalore. They are extremely unprofessional and dishonest. After taking money, their whole attitude changed, they came late for packing and didn’t even bring proper materials for packing.
During the move, a few of my items went missing, but there was no assistance or compensation from them despite having insurance for my belongings. I tried calling them so many times, but there was no answer from their side. I am so disappointed with their services and I am planning to take legal action against them. It's better to pay a bit extra and opt for better service providers such as Porter,
NoBroker Packers and Movers, etc. Please dont choose Nikunj cargo packers and movers.

I can’t just say that my experience with Nikunj Cargo packers and movers was bad. Though there were some issues, there were some positive aspects to it as well. During the relocation process from Delhi to Bangalore, one of my items went missing, but the company took responsibility and provided me compensation.
Their staff was very helpful throughout the process and provided me with the necessary information when I asked. During the final settlement, I learned that there were some hidden charges. They were not transparent about them at the beginning but they provided me with an explanation for that. Despite all that, they delivered my belongings on time and with very little damage.
