Hi, I was planning to visit this project over the weekend. I have heard that Newry Astor possession date is July 2028. My friend who had visited this project earlier said that there are multiple amenities like a green landscaped park, children's park area, jogging track, street lights, sand pit, senior citizen zone, rainwater harvesting, badminton court, gym, CCTV, multipurpose hall, association room.
This is also a RERA registered project and the Newry Astor RERA number is TN/29/Building/485/2023.

I have booked a 2.5 BHK apartment here. I am writing this Newry Astor review as I am impressed with this project. This property offers 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK, and 3 BHK options. There are a total of 44 apartments. I bought an apartment here because it is located near(100 mts) my son’s school, Velammal Matriculation School. There are several other schools and colleges that are close to this project. Apart from schools and colleges, there are several well-renowned hospitals nearby,
KC Multi-Specialty Hospital: 2.3 Km
Avadi Govt Hospital: 2.3 Km
Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital: 2.3 Km
Along with this, nearby supermarkets like,
Nilgiris Super market: 800 mtrs
