We have been looking for a flat in Mumbai for a long time and finally settled on this due to a few reasons. The locality of Bhandup West with the exact address of the society is a plus. The Ciba Company bus stop and KanjurMarg train station fall close to the property. When it comes to emergency services, you can reach the Chandan Charitable Hospital and Sanjivani with a 1 km drive. All these aspects make the Neptune Living Point location a good one to reside in. Also, the interior of the house is one of the best reasons for considering the flats here. You can see the quality when it comes to the false ceiling, flooring and countertops. I’d recommend you check out the property and then see if you like it.

The Neptune Living Point price cost us Rs. 1.95 crores, which was a bit over our budget, but the overall place felt like the best one to buy. The built up area is 1000 sq. ft., which is decent. We also enjoy the amenities here a lot. There’s a swimming pool, a gym, an ATM, a rainwater harvesting plant, housekeeping and more. In all, it’s a good place to be and you can consider the flat here.

We got interested in the flat here after hearing about the Neptune Living Point unit configuration. They have 1, 2 and 3 BHK houses in the society and luckily, we found 3 BHK flats on sale. The property area is huge, with 23 acres of land coverage. The location is one of the things we liked here. Cinepolis is 300 metres away, while Nirmal Lifestyle Mall is within 4 km from the society. There are a lot of D-Marts in the 2-3 km radius of the society. The flat is well maintained and we noticed that the house received a good amount of sunlight with decent ventilation. After considering the offerings, we made the deal.
