So my father and I were going out to see projects around Kapurbawdi and checked out a 2 BHK here last month. My father honestly liked the Neelkanth Palms address the most. The Thane bus stop is 1.5 km away, while you can reach the Thane train station with a 5 km drive. The Metropol Multispeciality Hospital is just 2 km from here, along with Soham Hospital. Also, there is the Cinemax WonderMall 600 metres from here. So, all the aspects make the location a big plus for us.

Apart from this, the thing that I really liked was the Neelkanth Palms unit size for the 2 BHK, which ranges from 657 to 703 sq. ft. in carpet area. In all, we had a good impression of this property and decided to go ahead with the purchase.

We purchased a 3 BHK here about a couple of years ago and have been happy with our decision. The Neelkanth Palms unit configuration includes 2, 3 and 4 BHK across a spacious area of 11 acres. One of the things that had us interested in the property was the carpet area, which is around 1000 sq. ft., pretty good compared to other flats we went to.
We like the neighbourhood of Kapurbawdi, too. There is Korum Mall and My Dmall are 4 km from the property along with DMart just 2 km away. So, it's a nice balance overall. We recommend you visit the property once.

Hello. I’d like to share a quick Neelkanth Palms review. I have a 4 BHK property here and my family really likes the house for a lot of reasons. The area is nice with a decent open space. There is a gym, a badminton court, a jogging track, a badminton court, visitor’s parking, an amphitheatre, an indoor games area and a clubhouse here, where we spend a lot of time on weekends. The 4 BHK we have is also quite spacious, with a carpet area of 1486 sq. ft. I would say that you should visit this property once if you find any flat availability suiting your preference.
