Apart from this, being in Mulund East gives quick access to the Eastern Express Highway and 5W3W+FQR Nahur Railway Station, Nahur, Nahur East, Bhandup East, Mumbai (11 minutes away). Also, there are multiple hospitals and supermarkets nearby. So, last Sunday, I booked a 2BHK flat of 648 sq ft.

I booked a 1 BHK of 454 sq. ft. in Neelam Passcode Sequel for investment purposes. It is being constructed by Neelam Realtors, a famous developer in Mumbai. I liked the amenities and locations of this project. Some of the amenities are a gym, cafeteria, multipurpose court, play area, party lawn, podium clubhouse, and many more. R Mall Mulund, 11 minutes away, and R Galleria Mall, 14 minutes away from this residential project. Seven Isles International School is just 300 m away, and Galaxy Superspeciality Hospital is 230 m away. I see strong rental demand potential here.
