I have booked a unit here, and the project is overall a good one.

The nearest bus stop is Madhapur Police Station- 1.1 km, and the Madhapur Hitech Theatre which is just 1.3 km.
Also, the nearby metro station is Madhapur metro station (2.0 km), and the Hitech City which is just 1.8 km.
The project is close to Borabanda train station (4.6 km)
This is also close to hospitals like Image Hospitals (1.3 km) and schools like the Meridian School (2.7 km)
It is because of the prime location, I believe investing here will help with a higher ROI.

I recently visited this project. It is built by the reputed Nectar Infratech Pvt. Ltd. This residential project spans across 2 acres. The Nectar Gardens unit configuration is 4 BHK apartments. On enquiring about the Nectar Gardens unit size, the sales team informed us that the size is 2200 sqft. The minimum Nectar Gardens price Rs. 1.74 crores. I really liked this project and am planning to pay the booking amount over the weekend.
