What are the NCC Signature Towers, OMR, Chennai Review?

While searching for 3 BHK units, I came across an NCC Signature Towers review. From the review, I learned about the NCC Signature Towers unit configuration and price. I visited the project location to learn more about it. A salesperson told me about the amenities available, which are a children's play area, basketball court, jogging track, tennis court, community hall, swimming pool, park, badminton court, gym, etc. He also told me that the project has Rain water harvesting and the apartments were Vastu compliant. Since everything seemed proper to me, I bought a unit there.

My brother was ready to book a unit in this project. Before he did that, I asked the executive about the NCC Signature Towers possession date, which he told me was January 2027. My brother was happy with that, and I asked about the NCC Signature Towers RERA number after that. The executive told me it was TN/29/Building/366/2023 dated 02/09/2023. Since everything checked out, my brother bought 2 BHK here.

I recently came across a few NCC Signature Towers reviews when I was looking for a 2 BHK unit. After visiting the location, I asked the executive in charge about the amenities and the NCC Signature Towers project area. He told me that they have various amenities, such as Yoga Studio, Table Tennis, Gym, Swimming Pool, various Outdoor games, etc. Following that, he told me about the project area, which was 7.60 acres. I decided to book a unit with them after learning about the key locations around it, which are

• Navalur Bus Stop, 5.7 km

• The Institute of Neurosciences & Spinal Disorders, 7.1 km

• Gleneagles Global Health City, 7.1 km

• Gateway The Complete School (IGCSE), 3.6 km

• Sathyabama University, 2.5 km

• AGS Cinemas Navalur, 5.1 km

• Max, 5.4 km

A few weeks back, my cousin told me about NCC Signature Towers. I told him that I was interested and wanted to check the project. He suggested me to check a few reviews before going there. I did that and, from that, gathered quite a few details related to price, amenities, etc. 

One of my primary concerns about visiting the project was to learn about the NC Signature Towers Possession date and RERA number. After reaching the project, these are the things that I asked an executive. He told me that the possession was by June '25, and the RERA number was TN/29/Building/366/2023. As everything checked out and the price was also in my budget, I decided to purchase a 3BHK unit.

I was looking to purchase a project where I could make some investment. I was planning to visit.  For that, I called my uncle and asked him to accompany me to the project.
